SJZS series mini twin screw extruder is a new generation of experimental equipment combining the advantages of internal mixer.

It has the following characteristics:

Ο Less raw materials, precision ingredients, operating temperature: from room temperature to 450°, can work placed on the experimental table or fume cabinet.

Ο Easy to operate, good plasticizing dispersion performance, can be timed cycle extrusion or continuous extrusion. The process can be inert gas protection and vacuum exhaust. The barrel can be opened and the screw can be disassembled for easy cleaning.

Ο Change different head and the corresponding auxiliary machine which produced by our company, in the continuous extrusion state, it can produce products shaped as plastic pipe blowing bottle, film, sheet, profile, spinning, cutting, coating and other plastic products.

Ο It can be used with the micro-injection machine produced by our company. The material can be directly squeezed into the injection sleeve of the injection machine from the extrusion outlet, and directly facilitate the injection molding of the required spline.
