Application:
Ruiming Micro injection molding machine combined with Laboratory miniature conical twin screw mixing extruders is applicated in Polymer thermal stability test, chemical rheological, additives/filler dispersion, such as nanoparticles, polymer rheology (ideal rheometer), polymer blends and polymer degradation, reactive blending (extrusion) of active composition of drug/polymer, small amount of blending, the preparation of test samples, lab mixing of small sample, evaluation of competing products.
Ruiming SJS micro injection molding machine provides rapid prototyping means of small samples for materials research laboratories, pharmaceutical and food processing industries, etc. It can make mixed samples into splines for performance testing, so it is very suitable for formula research, especially expensive materials in formula or samples that are difficult to obtain.
